FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
HOW DO I BOOK?
Please send a booking enquiry via the Booking Enquiry page. If your chosen date is available, a member of the team will email you a booking form and the terms and conditions. In order to confirm the booking, you simply need to read, sign and complete both forms and post them back to us along with a £20 deposit per person. If the date of the booking is less than 42 days away, full payment is required in order to confirm the booking.
HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN I BOOK FOR?
The minimum number of ladies required for each package is stated on each package page.
There's no maximum - the more the merrier! Just remember that packages are subject to availability.
DO I HAVE TO PAY UPFRONT?
City Hen cannot guarantee any bookings until a non-refundable deposit of £20pp has been received with a completed booking form and a copy of the signed terms and conditions. We are able to hold a provisional bookings for a short while for you whilst you collect the deposit from the party. Once we receive the deposit, we will then confirm your booking. Once the whole balance has been paid, we will then post you a party pack complete with all directions, maps and reservation details.
The final payment is due together with your confirmed group size no less than 42 days prior to your event date. If full payment is not received by this date then we reserve the right to cancel your booking and you will lose the total deposit paid. Payments by cheque should be 1 cheque only, which should be made payable to City Hen.
WHAT HAPPENS IF WE HAVE TO CANCEL?
If at any time you wish to cancel your booking, you must inform us in writing and the following charges will apply. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all cancellation requests are correctly submitted. Please quote your booking reference in the email.

Less than 14 days - You will lose 100% of total costs of your event.If you wish to amend the number of people on your booking, you may do so with no loss of deposit (subject to minimum group size) up to 42 days before your event in writing, by post. Amendments less than 42 days before your event are at our discretion. No amendments will be accepted less than 14 days from the date of travel. If a group member needs to cancel within 14 days of travel we will not be able to offer any refund. You should take out travel insurance that covers for cancellations.
If for any reason we are unable to provide part of your event, we will offer an alternative. If you choose not to accept this alternative, we will issue a refund for that part of the event.
